Your Key Responsibilities:
- Empathetic Evaluations: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, designing individualized therapy plans that focus on real-world outcomes.
- Innovative Therapy Plans: Develop and execute patient-centered intervention strategies, routinely reviewing medical data to adapt plans and maximize each individual's rehabilitation potential.
- Collaborative Care Coordination: Partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services, physicians, family members, and primary caregivers to ensure a seamless, holistic approach to patient care.
- Advocacy & Education: Instruct and empower families and caregivers with the tools and techniques needed to maintain and optimize the patient’s progress at home.
- Rigorous Documentation: Complete comprehensive evaluation reports and progress notes accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of HIPAA compliance and patient safety.
What You Bring to the Team:
Education & Experience:
- Degree: Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a practicing Speech Therapist.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Current and valid State Licensure/Certification as a Speech Therapist in the state of Georgia.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed for client care and home services.
Physical Requirements & Demands:
- Physical Strength: Medium Work. This position involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to safely move objects and support patient care.
Retention Bonus- $5000.
$1250 upon hire (with first paycheck).
$1250 – 3 months.
$1250 – 6 months.
$1250 – 9 months.

Pay Rate- $45-$50/hr. based on experience.
