We are seeking a full-time EMT for our plasma donor clinic in West Valley City, UT.
Job Details:
- This is a unique nursing role conducting initial health assessments of potential blood donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation.
- The EMT will do donor intake, perform vitals, a finger-stick and a head-to-toe medical exam.
- Qualified donors who pass the assessment will then be sent to the phlebotomy team for their blood donation; Donors who don't meet the requirements will be counselled by the nurse as to what measures need to be taken to qualify for donation next time.
- This is a full-time opening offering a wonderful benefits package paid for by us that starts on day one of employment!
The clinic is open 7 days per week, so nurses who can work occasional weekends is required.
