About the Job
Job Opportunity: Interventional Pain Management Physician
We are a premier, multidisciplinary medical practice dedicated to improving patient quality of life. We specialize in comprehensive pain management within the medical frameworks of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Anesthesiology.

Our focus is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat neurological, muscular, and skeletal pain. We utilize an integrated, evidence-based team approach that incorporates both diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures, offering patients vastly superior outcomes compared to single "monotherapy" options.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Pain Management Physician to join our expanding team.

Compensation & Financials:
  • Base Salary: $400,000.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% additional bonus based on performance metrics.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations to accurately diagnose complex neurological, muscular, and skeletal pain conditions.
  • Interventional Procedures: Perform a high volume of fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulator trials).
  • Multidisciplinary Care: Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with physical therapists, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Patient Continuity: Manage ongoing care, medication compliance, and treatment plan adjustments for patients suffering from acute injuries or chronic pain conditions.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pain Management.
  • Specialty Track: Primary preference is for PM&R trained physicians, though candidates with an Anesthesiology background will absolutely be considered based on experience and fit.
  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Training: Successful completion of an accredited Residency program followed by an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
  • Licensure: Unrestricted State Medical License and active DEA registration (or the ability to obtain them prior to start date).

What We Offer:
  • Highly competitive base salary with a lucrative performance bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Robust 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and dedicated time off.
