Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering culturally competent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, accurately evaluate acute and chronic conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Diagnostics: Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
- Prescription Management: Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and non-pharmacological interventions in accordance with New York state regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with supervising physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients and families regarding preventative health, lifestyle modifications, chronic illness management, and medication adherence.
- Documentation: Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate electronic health records (EHR) compliant with clinical and legal standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York (or eligibility to obtain).
- Credentials: Active DEA registration and New York prescriptive authority.
- Skills: Proficiency utilizing modern Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and basic business technology.
Job Details & Benefits:
