We are a well-established and growing private Infectious Disease practice in search of a motivated and compassionate PA or NP to join our collaborative team. With over five years of continued excellence, we are proud to expand our services and welcome a new APP to our Rocky Mount-based location!
You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of 2 Infectious Disease MDs, 4 PAs, and 1 NP, primarily and exclusively in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. This position offers a dynamic and meaningful clinical environment with room for both professional growth and leadership.
Position Details:
- Specialty: Infectious Disease
- Setting: LTAC (Duke Regional Hospital – 6th Floor and occasional tele or phone support at LTAC in Greensboro)
- EMR: Epic
- Team Structure: 2 MDs, 4 PAs, 1 NP
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starting at $120,000 + productivity bonuses, potential to earn $160K+.
- No weekend (option to cover if APP wishes and take 50% of productivity in addition to base salary).
- Vacation: 3 weeks paid time off.
- Retirement: 401K with guaranteed 3% match +/- profit sharing + Cash balance plan.
- Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid coverage for the employee only.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- NCCPA certified (or eligible).
- Eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina.
