Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000/year base (or $20–$30/hr equivalent) plus competitive bonus potential.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Relations Manager to lead marketing, sales, and community outreach for an established senior care provider. This unique role manages the marketing side for a full continuum of five distinct businesses: Home Health, Hospice, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
For candidates seeking a full 40-hour work week, this position offers the exciting opportunity to blend marketing and sales with operations work, including the potential to oversee day-to-day operations of the homecare business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Outreach: Build and maintain strategic referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare providers, and local community organizations.
- Community Marketing: Promote the provider's comprehensive suite of senior services through networking events, health fairs, and targeted community activities.
- Sales & Inquiry Management: Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and provide compassionate guidance to prospective residents, clients, and families to support occupancy growth.
- Campaign Coordination: Manage local social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Optional Operational Leadership: For full-time candidates, assist with business operations and potentially oversee the growth and daily management of the homecare business segment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, senior living, Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong organizational abilities, and a self-motivated mindset.
- Traits: A genuine passion for serving seniors and helping families navigate care options.
- Logistics: Reliable transportation for local community outreach travel.
