Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Compliance professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and oversight of daily operations in accordance with standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Oversight: Report any deviations (GMP) or regulatory practices directly to the Regional Manager, Quality Assurance.
- SOP Management: Assure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and practices are continuously updated and validated as applicable.
- Performance Audits: Conduct scheduled audits and direct performance observations to ensure staff is performing in strict accordance with SOPs.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Background: Prior experience working within a regulated, GMP-compliant environment is preferred.
